Step 1 :
Place the server on the scale. After that, Place the dripper above the server and then put the filter in the dripper.
Step 2 :
Should make the filter paper wetting with hot water first to clean the smell of filter paper and dust in the paper. Then dumping the water before proceeding with brewing.
Step 3 :
Pour the ground coffee on the filter paper. And set the default scale to zero. Then spread the ground coffee to smooth by shaking the dipper gently.
Step 4 :
There will be five pours total for this coffee preparation. Start a timer. Begin pouring 50 ml of water for the first time slowly over the coffee, wait about 30 seconds.
*We recommend method of pouring water starting at the outer rim and moving in a steady spiral toward the centre of the grounds.
Step 5 :
2nd time, pour 60 ml of water, wait 1 minute.
Step 6 :
3rd time, pour 60 ml of water, wait 1:30 minutes.
Step 7 :
4th time, pour 50 ml of water, wait 2 minutes.
Step 8 :
Pour 50 ml of the final water, complete 2:30. And take the dripper out of the server.
